Our cafe showcases the striking natural landscape, bordered by a stream and sitting below green hills studded with dramatic limestone rocks.

Our food is fresh, nourishing and comforting, our coffee is roasted on-site and we are fully licensed.

When you love coffee as much as we do, you know the fresher the better - and the best way to get really fresh coffee way out in rural New Zealand is to roast your own.
Shade-grown, organic, fair trade and roasted in the fresh country air - we roast fortnightly, enjoy daily and deliver throughout the country.
Relax and explore
Anne and Philip have put multiple sections of land into QE II Trust, where the extensive native planting is protected in perpetuity.
In one of these sections, they have built a bush walk leading to a waterfall. The 60 minute loop track is just around the corner from the cafe and includes informational signage and views of the bush, river and farm.
